Georgia Petrou

Georgia Petrou is the founder, owner and Head instructor of Pole Queens Studio. Established in Larnaca in 2013.

Georgia is an experienced pole dancer and qualified Pole dance & Fitness instructor. She began her pole dance journey, at the age of 27 without any fitness background. She started as a self taught poler in 2010 due to the lack of pole dance studios in Cyprus in that time. Her passion and drive didn't let this to stop her. On the contrary, it made her examine every move carefully always having in mind safety and correct techniques that build a strong foundation in a pole dancer. Since then she has participated in many pole dance workshops and masterclasses by famous pole dancers and teachers.

Georgia received her Pole Dance & Fitness Instructor's Training & Certificate for All Levels by the experienced Instructor and First Pole Dance Champion of Greece 2014, Areti Karanika.

She has participated in TrainSafe seminars by XPOLE in UK and has a FirstAid certification. Along with her pole dance training she also attends classes and workshops in yoga, acroyoga, gymnastics, calisthenics & other fitness and dance classes

She has been selected as a finalist and performed on stage for the International Pole Dance Competition Pole Theatre Greece 2016 in Professional Division and has performed as a guest in Nicosia for the Step up and Pole Generation national competitions.

In September 2018 Georgia has successfully completed the LesMills BodyBalance Instructor training. Her passion is to continuously growing her knowledge and skills and she loves teaching her students through her years of exploring, studying and coaching experience

Margarita Gold

Margarita is a qualified fitness trainer with certificate in Physical condition and nutrition with many years of experience in dance industry.

She began studying dance when she was six years old. From childhood she attended Latin-American dances and participated in championships.

Later on, she was a part of Show Ballet in Ukraine, where she worked during 3 years. In 2010, Margarita started studying pole dance as a new dancing style. In 2014 she started teaching pole dance in Ukraine for beginner & intermediate levels.

Margarita now teaches Aerial Hoop acrobatics and stretching in our school

Weekend Pole dance classes with Margarita are also available in our studio (in Russian language)
